The Brooks Guesthouse is an attractive 4 star boutique hotel with a splendid location in Bath city centre, close to the Royal Victoria Park and within easy walking to all main tourist attractions, including the Roman Baths, the Abbey, the Royal Crescent, the Circus and the Bath Assembly Rooms, 20 minutes walking or around £ 3.50 by taxi from the main railway station and the intercity bus terminal.

The guesthouse is set within pleasantly renovated and freshened up historic building, which has well preserved all of its original charm and perfectly blended it with all modern-day services expected from a high-class hotel in England. The property has been rewarded with the AA Breakfast Award 2009. Every morning full English and Continental breakfast is served in the cozy dining room. The food is prepared using fresh organic ingredients from the local farms. Guests have a vegetarian option too. The on-site bar works every day, offering a wide list of drinks and light meals in a comfortable and friendly interior with an open log fire and wireless internet connection (available throughout the building too).

If you come by your car you should be aware that there is only public parking available on the site of the guesthouse, the space is limited and an advanced reservation is recommended - the cost is £ 5.00 per day. Free public parking is possible in the Royal Victoria Park, a five minute walk away.
